My name is Natalie Jackson, and I was born and raised in Newnan, Georgia. Newnan is called “The City of Homes” because it was not burnt down in the Civil War on Sherman’s March to the Sea since it was a hospital town for both sides. A variety of old Antebellum homes, shops, and other buildings remain in pristine condition to this day and Newnan remains a fun day trip just 30 minutes south of Atlanta. I currently live in Kennesaw, Georgia, and I attend Kennesaw State University pursuing a marketing degree. I will be graduating in May of 2021 and starting my Doctor of Physical Therapy in May at the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega. I am an avid hiker and a study abroad enthusiast. I have studied abroad in both Costa Rica and Italy, but my some of my favorite adventures have been in Georgia. I am passionate about exploring and adventuring near home and want to encourage others to check out their backyard too, which is why I wanted to work on this site!
